I built my expertise on the Paris market — working closely with family offices, private equity funds and private banks to place the assistants who quietly keep their leadership running. That Parisian foundation now supports an international practice: Geneva, London, and the network of principals and partners it reaches beyond.
What draws me to this work is the role itself. A great executive assistant combines an intimate knowledge of the person she supports with a real grasp of the business they run — strategy and detail, in the same day, without either slipping. It is a demanding, under-recognised profession, and matching the right one to the right leader is a craft in its own right.
Every search I lead is handled personally, from the first conversation to well after the placement. Excellence, discretion and honest counsel are not features of the service — they are the whole of it.
